A law firm I have worked with for over 5 years are currently in the market for a new Recruitment Specialist (Senior Advisor level) to join their growing team. This award-winning international law firm have an excellent reputation across the globe and pride themselves on the service they offer to both their external and internal clients.
Working closely with other experienced Recruiters, and reporting into an extremely supportive and ambitious Head of Recruitment, you will have responsibility for hiring roles within their Business Services teams. This includes Marketing, Finance, IT, Compliance and HR. You will help to drive strategy, guide processes and identify excellent future talent.
The team are true business partners and offer a first-class service to their stakeholders. The recruitment process and candidate experience are both paramount within this firm so appreciation of the entire recruitment cycle from another corporate environment will set you up for success here. An understanding of recruiting business support/corporate functions would be helpful.
The salary on offer is between £50,000 and £65,000, depending on your experience, and the wider package benefits include: bonus, private medical insurance, on-site GPs, competitive pension and much more.
Regular travel across EMEA is encouraged and supported.
