With the key leaders placing a very heavy emphasis on people and the HR function, they are currently looking for Regional Business Partner (Head of division) who can partner with the top management to inject their core values for the business.
Reporting directly to the Head of People, you will be tasked with the building of a team to support their rapid expansion of the organisation. In the initial phase, the key focus would be to understand the issues facing the business unit and to partner with the key stakeholders and population to support and propel the business forward. Concurrently and/or subsequently, the focus will move towards providing sound leadership and guidance to business partners as they work on transforming the business. Lastly, it is to also create a fun and inclusive work environment where people can allow their creative juices to flow.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you possess a minimum of 10-15 years of Human Resources business partnering experience equipped with a degree in HR or its equivalence. The successful applicant should be ready to be both operational and strategic as this position would require the rolling up of sleeves to be hands on with the business. Having prior experience in set-up in an e-commerce, digital, marketing environment would be necessary to the success of this role. You should have the innate ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities with strong stakeholder management skills to build relationships and influence through those relationships.
