About the Company
A new & Exclusive engagement - our client is one of the world's most reputable and successful global corporations within the pharmaceutical industry. As part of its ongoing commitment to expand the business in Asia, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Regional Compensation and Benefits Manager (sole contributor role) to join their team. A visible role where you will partner with the business and help transform compensation and reward to ensure the company remains competitive.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will guide business leaders in developing and implementing compensation strategies that is aligned with corporate needs. You will be the key focal point to lead annual salary reviews and develop compensation plans that are both equitable and competitive, that will encourage employee retention. Additionally, you are expected to manage cross border/international assignments from a compensation, benefits design and administration perspective.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you should be degree qualified and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Compensation and Benefits. Strong foundation of APAC compensation practices, legislations and trends is highly advantageous. You are a proven leader, an effective communicator and possess strong influencing skills. You are highly confident with exposure to senior management. The Head of HR believes in empowering the team member and entrust the person to take ownership of his/her portfolio. Key to your success will be your proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines.
