Regional Head of HR
I am thrilled to be partnering with an internationally recognised aviation firm seeking an established HR professional to step into a Regional Head of HR, 12-month parental leave cover. Based in Sydney CBD, you will join this well regarded and high performing HR team in offering strategic advice and tactical deployment of HR initiatives across the APAC region.
The scope of this role is primarily strategic with operational elements across the full HR remit but more specifically within talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, reward, employee relations and EBA negotiations. You will work closely with leaders across APAC offering insights and data to influence and drive change agendas and better engage these stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will be a highly capable and experienced HR professional, with a depth of experience delivering on people initiatives aligning performance, capability, talent and reward. You will have had exposure to other APAC programs and projects and enjoy providing an exceptional experience and a positive impact on the business. You will be commercially minded and enjoy a fast paced, high performing and dynamic environment. Ideally you will have previous experience in aviation and hold a degree qualification.
