Our client is a globally renowned Creative Design agency with exciting growth plans for APAC. They have engaged our services exclusively for a Regional Head of HR, APAC to manage a team who you will nurture and develop and be accountable for a progressive HR agenda and stakeholder relations with the senior and global leadership teams.

An exciting opportunity to join an international and successful firm that is all about deep relationship building, whether this is on a local or global basis. This is a premium agency and you will get to work with the best creative minds in the industry. You will own the operations through to strategy for APAC and liaise with your global counterparts. You will help drive the growth agenda for APAC as well as attract, retain and develop their people to get the very best from them.

Strategic Oversight; You will play a lead role in the development and implementation of commercial HR solutions (in line with the firm's parameters and local market) to support the firm's strategy for APAC. This will include establishing strong operational excellence, being a change leader when necessary, supporting talent management processes, operational efficiency and HR expertise.

Background: To be considered for this role you will ideally have had professional services experience within a partnership model / come from a services or creative industry. Experience in forging strong relationship at all levels is strongly desirable.

The successful incumbent will come with great maturity and creativity in their approach and ways of working.
