About Our Client

We are delighted to be working exclusively with a Fortune 300 US MNC with significant market share and is a global Technology leader in many areas of its business, and has strong ambitions to become a global leader in the remaining areas where it is not yet. We have recently just identified the Group's CHRO and he is looking to hire a new Regional Head of HRBP, APAC role to the APAC HQ in Singapore to work across all businesses in the Group with a good blend of different businesses and you will also be part of a very strong and diverse global team.

Job Description

This role will report to several people functionally in global roles across different locations, and will have numerous critical stakeholders in the region. This is an interesting and complex environment, and the role will be very business-focused, forming an essential part of the growth strategy in the region, whilst contributing to the bigger global organization across numerous business units. Essential areas of focus will be HR leadership, Merger & Acquisitions, Harmonisation, performance management design and planning, succession planning and development of programs for high potentials.

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can drive change and business results through the use of strong influencing skills and deep functional expertise. Relevant HRBP experience within Technology industry is a must. You should be Singapore based, familiar with Asia HR activities and comfortable working within a matrix-reporting environment. ou must be prepared to be both hands-on and strategic, and you should work well under pressure and across multiple time zones. Previous leadership experience would be an advantage, given there are multi-country teams to lead.
