Still looking to grow extensively globally, they are looking to recruit a high-caliber professional as Head of Talent Acquisition, to manage the team in its recruitment Initiatives.
Reporting to the business, you will be responsible for all Talent Aquisition related initiatives in the region. You will be working closely with global stakeholders to drive strategic performance management, cost supplier management, employer branding and designing long term recruitment strategies. You should have the experience and maturity to lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals across different georgraphies, motivating them to achieve the talent objectives of the organization. Key to your success will be your ability to excel in a fast paced and fluid environment.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you should have at least 10 years of experience in recruitment gained from high impact and dynamic organisations. You should be a robust, adaptable and versatile HR professional with highly developed interpersonal skill sets. To be highly successful in this role, you should possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent business acumen and negotiation skills to lead, influence and engage with the business leaders from across the globe.
