Regional HR Business Partner – Chemicals

A rare opportunity to join a global chemical company with an established successful track record worldwide. With an excellent team of senior management and a forward-thinking culture, they are investing heavily in the APAC region and are searching for a Regional HR Business Partner, to provide strategic support to the business to align the people strategy with the business strategy and drive the implementation of people processes to enable business performance in the region.

This is sought after opportunity for a high-calibre HR professional to join them as Regional HR Business Partner. You will be someone who takes pride in working in a sole contributor role where relationships are key. This incumbent will play a pivotal role, taking care of both strategic and operational scope. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be a key member of the HR team and play an advisory role on all human capital matters – sharing the best practices and providing advice/guidance to respective stakeholders.

You are responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions for the business Responsibilities include but not limited to – HR analytics, stakeholder management, talent management, recruitment, salary benchmarking, employee relations & engagement, performance management etc.

The Successful Applicant
You will be Degree qualified, and is an all-rounder with at least 5 years of experience in HR. You should be happy to straddle the broad spectrum of HR.

The Head of HR believes in empowering the team and entrust them to take ownership of their portfolio. You will be someone who takes pride in working independently. Key to your success will be your proactive attitude, being highly adaptable to changes, flexibility and your ability to initiate.

Location: Singapore

Compensation: Up to SGD 72,000 per annum
