Regional HR Business Partner – Retail
An exciting retail group with a renowned brand name going through growth and expansion. It is one of the world’s most reputable and successful global corporations. Due to continuing business needs and aggressive expansion in the region, they are currently seeking a high calibre HR Business Partner to join the regional team. Reporting to the Head of HR, this position is accountable for taking care of both strategic business partnering and HR operations.
The successful incumbent will be commercial, engaging, have excellent presentation and numeracy, and importantly, a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. Given this is retail, it is a fast-paced business where the direction of travel will change, and you will need to keep up with the pace. You will get to own this role and make it your own.
The Successful Applicant
This will be ‘hands on’, there will be operational aspects to manage and everything in-between. This role wouldn’t be right for someone wanting a firm job spec, a firmed-up role and need to be told what to do. Self-starter, fun and can-do attitude is required at all times! You will get to work with a high-energy, entrepreneurial leadership team.
You: Will be high energy, engaging, a change-maker, an ambassador of the brand, an ambassador for employees. Commercial decision-making, a real ‘ideas and executor’ person. You will come with solutions – not problems and will enjoy providing an engaging, dynamic and proactive HR service. You will be visible in their stores, get to know their customer base, and well-known across all of their people.
Essential: Regional experience
Desirable: Retail/FMCG, or commercial sector background
Compensation: SGD 96,000, excluding bonus
