About Our Client
An excellent opportunity to join an MNC investment company with a stable track record as a HR Generalist. They have been achieving sound profits year on year, and have known as having one of the best culture and working environment in the industry. They are now looking to bring onboard a HR Generalist to support the region focusing in HRIS and C&B.
Reporting through to the Senior Manager, you will be working as a part of the regional HR team. You will be evaluating, maintaining and enhancing company HRIS (Workday) for the APAC region, while preparing reports and analysis for the business. You will also have to manage and input all employment data into Workday for APAC offices while managing any ad-hoc requests. Bi-annually, you will be working with the global team on Workday updates and testing. You will also be responsible for full benefits-related matters while coordinating with finance team and external vendors on payroll calculation.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a proven calibre with minimum 3 years of Workday and benefits experience. Individuals with more experience would be considered for a higher package and title. You should be fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal skills and proven experience in Workday usage and maintenance. You should have the ability to manage competing priorities and to collaborate with other teams.
