About Our Client
We are working with one of the world's most dynamic and fast-growing global corporations in the Technology sector. In line with their expansion plans, they are looking to recruit a driven and dynamic regional HR Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will have responsibility in the full spectrum HR process for the Singapore and regional businesses. Leading a small team, you will be involved in the key decision-making process with the senior management team and will play a critical role in their expansion plans.
You will also be involved in designing long term HR strategies and support top decision makers on the strategic level. Your ability to succeed will rely on your dynamic and leadership qualities.
The Successful Applicant
As the ideal candidate, you should possess a university degree from a reputable university and will have 8-10 years of HR experience within the Tech/ startup environment. You should also come with highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, influence and engage across the different business units.
