About Our Client
Our client is a global leader in the aviation industry and have seen strong and consistent results in APAC. They are currently preparing for the next shift within the industry and will be undergoing a transformation to prepare for this. Hence, they are looking for a Regional HR Ops Director which is newly created to join their ranks.
Reporting into the Vice President of HR for Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for both the strategic and tactical elements of the transformation, working closely with the APAC Leadership team, HR Business Partners, the specialized HR Centers of Expertise and the HR Services groups, with a view to delivering a first-class HR support for the business, the employees and leaders in the Region. You will set up and implement a set of global HR processes, create an international HR delivery team and drive the global implementation of an HR technology platform. Additionally, you will hold responsibility for aligning and integrating HR activities across the group of companies and with global process leaders and experts.
The Successful Applicant
You should possess a minimum of 15 years as a HR Business Partner with strong HR Operations experience with at least the past 5 years in a leadership position, equipped with a degree in HR or its equivalence. They would be looking for someone who is able to work in highly matrixed and highly structured environments and possess the know-how to navigate amongst senior stakeholders and influence accordingly. The successful candidate would have strong technical HR skills across implementation, delivery, operation and support for the entire spectrum of HR and also had a track record in executing HR transformations and effectively lead high performing HR teams.
