Regional HRBP Associate
We are partnering with a global investment bank to appoint a HRBP (Associate) to work in their Hong Kong office.
The Regional HRBP is based in Hong Kong, will work closely with the regional Global Markets HR team, and cover the Asia region. This role will report into the VP of HR, deliver strategic HR solutions to the Global Markets business. You will develop and maintain relationship with managers and employees within Global Markets business, provide advice and support on all HR related issues.
You will maintain high standard of HR reporting and data accuracy to meet the operational requirement of the highly regulated business environment, and participate in developing and implementing HR processes, programs, systems, and other ad-hoc projects.
You will partner with the wider HR team and the business to support and to manage various activities such as Recruitment & Sourcing, Employee Relations, Learning & Performance, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management.
About the suitable candidate:
You will have a minimum 3 years of human resources experience in international financial services organizations, ideally you have covered Global Markets or Investment Banking in your previous experience. You will be a high performing and pro-active HR professional who has experience partnering directly with Leadership across the region. The successful HR Associate needs to come with strong emotional intelligence, stakeholder management and communication skills and able to partner challenging stakeholders.
