About Our Client
Our client is a renowned organization and a household name in the global Luxury market. They have strong presence globally with a strong foothold in both Singapore & the region. This will be an exciting role supporting the region with a strong emphasis on SAP systems, partnering, supporting business stakeholders, employees and improving processes. This is a replacement role as the previous incumbent was moved internally into another position. The client is currently undergoing rapid growth and hence they are looking for a strong Regional HRIS Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Global HRIS Director, you will be tasked with identifying and gathering requirements for compliance, initiatives and projects spanning across Asia Pacific, with primary focuses in Singapore. You will be continuously supporting the change management and alignment of the systems alongside the operational needs of the HR teams. As part of your role, you will help to develop dashboards and establish a more streamlined process to ensure seamless KPI tracking and ease of system use. More importantly, they are looking for individuals that are able to align HR systems and reporting spread across various countries and different HR methodologies. All in all, they are looking for someone to build a first-class system experience in alignment with global standards. You will also be involved with the executive team and also play a part as a subject matter expert to the firm identifying issues and trends.
The Successful Applicant
You should possess approximately 8-12 years of HRIS experience in the SAP systems. Any higher form of accreditation will definitely come across as a great plus. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have some knowledge of how businesses run in other countries in order to be successful in this role and have had experience with the SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
