As part of their business expansion plans in Singapore, they are looking for a self-starter to join them in the newly created role of a Regional Learning & Engagement Manager.
This is an interesting and complex environment, and the role will be very business-focused, forming an essential part of the growth strategy in the region, whilst contributing to the bigger global organization across numerous business units. Essential areas of focus will be leadership development, performance management design and planning, succession planning, senior leadership, and employee engagement, training and development of programs for high potentials. Key to your success is your ability to manage the learning needs of the organisation independently and have the gravitas to deliver the formulation of learning plans to align with the business strategies and objectives.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally you will come from a learning, engagement & business partnering background with a blend of industry experience with MNC. You should be Singapore based, familiar with country HR activities and comfortable working within a matrix-reporting environment. You must be prepared to be both hands-on and strategic, and you should work well under pressure and across multiple time zones.
