Our client is a leading European Engineering company with strong presence around the globe. Currently a new headcount is arisen in their regional HR team and they are looking for a junior recruitment specialist to support campus recruitment, lateral hiring for junior staffs and implement regional recruitment strategies. - Report Regional Head of Recruitment;
- Act as key point of contact for Universities; lead campus campaign and support management trainee recruitment
- Be the Company's ambassador in promoting employee brand; roll out and coordinate various employee engagement activities throughout the region;
- Communicate across APAC countries to support the execution of strategies;
- Support the team in coordinating interview arrangements for lateral hire;
- Prepare data and reports for management review and analysis;
- Manage HRIS data maintenance and other ad-hoc projects.
- Bachelor Degree Holder in Human Resources, Marketing or other related disciplines;
- 0-2 years of working experience within a MNC environment;
- Independent with strong ability in working as a team;
- Track record in actively participating in sports/other activities;
- High proficiency in both spoken and written English is a must;
- Willingness for relocation.
