We are pleased to partner a European Retail leader with market leader presence spanning more than 40 countries to appoint a Regional Rewards Manager. Our client has continued to outperform their growth forecast and mandates in the recent years, with its longstanding legacy, remains ceaseless in their efforts to roll out meaningful and bold innovations to stay ahead of their competitors. Our client is especially cognizant of the importance of rewarding high performance culture and workforce to support their growth across Asia Pacific markets. As such, there is a need to hire a high calibre Rewards professional to develop and advise relevant and competitive compensation & benefits across their Asia operations.

About the Role

Reporting to the Asia HR Director, the Regional Rewards Manager will be the go-to person for the regional stakeholders and HR leads to consult and advise on Compensation and Benefits directives. Crucially, this is a newly created role critical in providing insightful analyses and recommending solutions to support and drive high performing C&B practices and culture across different locations. This undoubtedly also means collaborating closely with the Global C&B team to ensure modernization of related policies, programmes and processes through identifying potential issues and/or conceptualising solutions to aid.

The Successful Applicant

You should have at least 10 years of Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards experience in a fast paced and matrix organisation, preferably gained in a retail, luxury retail, hospitality or similar industry. You have strong C&B foundation to be able to design and craft high level strategies, and hands on to drive those strategies. You are consultative, numerical savvy and solutions oriented. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive Total Rewards programmes across multiple sites.

Location: Singapore

Compensation: SGD$170,000, excluding bonus and peaks.
