We are pleased to partner a leading Financial Services group to appoint a Total Rewards Specialist for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. As a leading industrial player with longstanding heritage stretching multiple decades, the client has footprints in more than 50 countries and prides themselves on being guided by a trust-driven formula. In line with their commitment towards fostering a people first culture, they are looking to leverage on Total Rewards as a key Human Resources (HR) strategy to improve employee experience, thereby attracting and retaining the best talent. Based in Singapore, this is an individual contributor role.

Reporting into the Regional Director of Total Rewards, the successful individual will be part of a team responsible for enabling organisational growth for APAC through driving meaningful compensation, benefits and performance management strategies. You will collaborate closely with colleagues at the regional, global and in-country levels to support the implementation of key projects. This goes beyond mere adoption of policies and processes from the top down, but also possessing the initiative to provide inputs and guidance at appropriate junctures. You will additionally serve as an internal consultant and review relevant Total Rewards proposals put forth. Communications is another essential part of the role, that is conveying key Reward and Performance related information in an intelligible manner to colleagues.

This role will undoubtedly require candidates who have strong knowledge of the Reward landscape within APAC, including the regulatory requirements of the individual countries. Those who possess a blend of consulting and inhouse, corporate experience will be looked upon favourably. Aside from possessing the requite knowledge, strong interpersonal skills are also key since this is a regional role. You should therefore bring with you the ability to navigate and negotiate with stakeholders holding both similar and different functional profiles who are distributed across the various offices.
