About Our Client
Our client is an US company in the technology and advisory industry. They are taking the market by storm with some of their new product offerings and business has never been better. Because of this, they are in an expansion mode and is looking to upscale their headcount in existing markets and will also be looking to penetrate new markets as well. Alongside with this growth, they are also looking at ensuring they build a sustainable workforce and therefore would be looking for a strong Talent Acquisition Director to lead the team and growth of the organization.
You will be responsible for creating a story and through that, to entice, assess and attract some of the brightest minds to help our client shape their workforce of tomorrow. This role is about recognizing market trends, creating a compelling strategy and to coach your team with the right skillsets, mentality and inspiration to execute and deliver upon that. You will also work closely with both internal and external partners globally on ensuring the brand proposition remains top of the mind where people are able to resonate with the brand and are excited to be hearing from us. Obviously, there are plenty of projects and initiatives which this individual could run but we don't want to box it up in a JD, we want for you to think beyond your wildest dreams, be creative and think of how it could be made equally fun!
The Successful Applicant
We are hoping for an individual who is looking to break beyond existing boundaries, is highly energized and creative to innovate and come up with solutions which are outside of the box. Obviously, there are some items which require a tried and tested method but we're always open to experimentation and to see if we could be more efficient to reach the end goal through another route. You should be passionate about the brand and be keen to be a brand ambassador yourself and through that, to inspire your team to also do the same. We need a visionary and someone who knows how to convert those overarching strategies into deliverable and executable methodologies. Given that this would also be sitting on the leadership table, someone with poise and commercial acumen to spar with business leaders, country/regional leaders to influence and stakeholder management when necessary. Someone who holds the mindset that when you work hard, you play hard as well and that fun and having joy in what you do is equally as important as delivering.
