Regional Talent Acquisition Lead
We are partnering with a prominent luxury retail organization where they are undergoing high growth in their Asia markets. They are structured into several operating divisions and have over 30,000 employees across more than 20 countries. As part of their strategic move to focus on their growth markets, the client is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive the team in Asia.
Reporting into the Global Talent Acquisition Director, you will manage high volumes of hiring across the region, at all levels. You will run a team of 4 recruiters across the region. As part of a collaborative TA team, this individual will advise the business leaders effectively by keeping abreast of business developments and external market trends and apply a solution-based approach which include innovative and effective sourcing strategies that ensure delivery of search in a cost-effective manner.
The ideal candidate should have a strong track record recruiting within the retail/consumer goods industry. You should have 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in managerial position. You should also have a highly consultative and engaging personality and be able to influence and negotiate with all relevant stakeholders involved. The Talent Acquisition Lead must be able to develop and inspire the team to achieve the desired outcome that is aligned with the companies’ goals and values.
