With ambitious expansion plans, they are establishing their regional headquarters in Singapore and seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to join and contribute to their regional growth.

Role Overview:

As the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, you will report directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, becoming an integral part of the management team responsible for driving all facets of talent acquisition activities within the organization. Collaborating closely with business leaders, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing the talent acquisition strategy. Your responsibilities include leading and guiding a team of 5 TA professionals across the region, identifying and addressing executive talent gaps, and devising recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and business plans.

Ideal Candidate:

We seek a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with a strong executive presence, keen commercial acumen, and the ability to forge effective partnerships with HR, Business Leaders, and Vendors. Previous experience in the technology sector and in navigating complex international work environments is advantageous. You should possess extensive managerial experience, adeptness in communicating complex concepts across different organizational levels, and thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented settings. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable given the company’s significant footprint and growth in Indonesia.

  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
