About Our Client
Our client is a renowned organization and a household name in the Luxury space. They have strong presence globally with a strong foothold in both Singapore & the region. This will be an exciting role supporting the region with a strong emphasis on Talent Acquisition, Talent Pipelining and Business Partnering for key stakeholder management and process improvement. The client is currently undergoing rapid growth in the region (APAC) and hence they are looking for strong Regional TA Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition APAC, you will be tasked with identifying and putting in place the right search strategy and process for projects spanning across Asia Pacific, with primary focuses in Singapore and Australia. The organisation is undergoing rapid growth and undergoing a technology transformation to poise themselves for future expansion. The TA function is a crucial one in order to support the growth and headcount in relation to this transformation and thus having a growth mindset and ability to coach and drive effectiveness across the team is a must.
The Successful Applicant
You should possess approximately 8-12 years of Talent Acquisition experience in the Luxury, Retail or FMCG industry equipped with a degree in Human Resources or its equivalence. Having had experience managing teams in the past will come as a plus. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and a business partner mindset to function in a high growth and fast paced environment with minimal situation.
Last but not least, you should have a knack for developing people and have the foresight to be able to manage a large and diverse team across borders.
