A leading, global data/tech business has created a new Talent Acquisition Manager role to help drive their growth plans in the region.

This is a dynamic, market leading business who look to recruit the best talent in every part of their organisation. They are invested in continuing to deliver innovative and high quality solutions to their clients and need a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to work with the leadership team on how they can best achieve their goals.

We are looking for an experienced team leader/manager with a proven track record of success in recruiting in the tech space. This is a high profile role in the region and you will be expected to build strong relationships with VP's, Global Directors and of course HRBP's.

You will be passionate about talent acquisition and look to bring fresh ideas to the table around sourcing strategies, what technology the business uses, employer branding and referral initiatives. With the support of a large global talent acquisition team there is a collaborative culture to share best practice and work together to drive new global initiatives and be 'best in class'.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced TA professional with over 7 years recruitment experience with proven tech industry experience. You must have some management experience, have used a leading ATS and have excepetional communication and presentation skills.
