We are partnering with a global bank to appoint two commercial and proactive Talent Acquisition Leads (VP level) - one to partner with their Corporate Functions area and the other to partner Front office, leading hiring for their business areas. You will be excellent at building relationships and stakeholder engagement with the Regional Leadership team, appreciate the importance of candidate experience and be naturally process driven. You will also be responsible for leading MD & D level hiring across your business area, as well as leading internal mobility within your client groups alongside the appointment of external talent.
This will suit someone who is comfortable operating in a fast paced, complex, international and collaborative environment in a busy and high touch business facing role. You will be experienced in talent strategy such as employer branding, vetting candidates and enhancing the candidate experience, liaising with external vendors and acting as a trusted advisor to your client groups.
This is a outstanding opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who has a track record operating as a Regional Front Office or Corporate Functions TA Lead (VP / SVP equivalent) in another global financial services organisation, based in Singapore, who is looking for a new and exciting chapter of their career.
