Hence, they are recruiting for a high calibre HR Business Partner to create and innovate HR and talent management strategies and programmes to support a high performing culture across their Asia Pacific markets.

About the Job

Reporting to the VP of HR Asia, the HR Business Partner will be the main advisor to the Asia team to develop a purposeful and high-performance culture by creating, driving and innovating HR roadmaps and strategies to ensure they are equipped with the right talent in place with the necessary HR tools, and to build core capabilities and strengthen leadership pipeline from graduates to leaders.

As the business continues to grow in the near future, the HR Business Partner should take a lead in reviewing and recommending organization effectiveness and talent / leadership programs to deliver the relevant structure and capabilities required for the overall strategy in Asia.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will require a seasoned HR Business Partner with at least ten years of relevant experience, including in-depth experience in driving talent management and development programmes. You should have prior experience in delivering HR deliverables and strategies within Asia Pacific. You are an effective communicator and influencer who is able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, a team player who can manage and prioritize time competitive projects.

Compensation: $150,000 per annum, excluding bonus and benefits
