Regional Talent Development Manager
Our client is one of the biggest luxury retail groups globally. Due to their growth in the region, we are currently working with them on a newly created Regional Talent Development Manager role.
This role will report into Regional HR Director, based in Hong Kong, and play a key role in talent development and talent acquisition initiatives in APAC. You will partner with management team in Asia, drive cultural changes and talent development initiatives. Specifically you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent development strategy for the region; Engaging with HRBPs and senior management to drive cultural transformation; Leading the design and delivery of initiatives to increase awareness and importance of Diversity & inclusion, Culture and Values.

To be successful in this role you should have a solid track record of building strong relationships and levels of engagement with internal stakeholders as well as implementing solutions that have had an impact on developing, motivating and retaining the best people. It will be advantageous if you have at least 6 years of Talent Development or Human Resources Business Partner experience from retail, cosmetic, FMCG or consumer goods industries.
