We are looking for a highly impactful EMEA Regional Talent Management Lead to join a global leader in the pharmaceuticals sector. My client has an established presence across the region, and consequently, this influential role could be based from several different geographic locations across Europe including France, the UK or Eastern Europe.

This is a highly visible and strategic role that will have a broad impact across the organisation. You would join a diverse and collaborative global talent management team who are responsible to drive best practice talent management strategies. In partnership with the wider HR team and organizational leadership, the role would develop and implement the organisation's talent strategy in alignment with the regional business objectives. You will be responsible to deliver best in class processes that enhance the organisation's performance, build capability, and aid the organisation in identifying top talent internally for future succession planning.

We're looking for a knowledgeable expert in strategic Talent Management with deep experience delivering the talent management strategy within a complex multinational organisation across a multi-country remit. The region you would take responsibility for consists of over 40 countries with over 2,000 employees. It is remarkably diverse and consequently, you will have a strong cultural awareness and the ability to influence business leaders and move stakeholders in the direction the organisation is looking to go. You will also be fluent in HR analytics and comfortable using data to drive improved talent outcomes. You will demonstrate a track record driving complex projects and leveraging internal relationships to deliver solutions within a matrix environment.
