We are delighted to partner with a globally recognised Consumer Goods company which has displayed a strong YOY performance. As part of their HR strategy, they are recruiting for a high calibre Talent Manager to conceptualise and drive talent management programmes or solutions across their Asia footprints.

Job Description

The Asia Talent Manager will be the advisor to design, implement and improve their talent management, succssion planning and leadership programmes in the region. Working closely with the business leaders and HR business partners, the Asia Talent Manager will identify and deliver appropriate and effective solutions to drive and prepare a "talent ready" organisation, which includes but not limited to, talent engagement, talent development, succession planning, strategic workforce planning and performance management.

The Successful Candidate

You should have at least 7 years of track record in talent management experience, preferably gained from a matrix and fast paced environment. You should have a strong exposure in implementing talent and development strategies across different geographies and cultures. You are analytical and solutions oriented individual with a foundation in customising talent management solutions and processes. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive talent programmes across multiple locations.
