This is a rare opportunity to join the influential HR teams of one of Australia's favorite home-grown brands. In this greenfield role, you will design and implement a remuneration strategy and framework across the business. The position will commence on a 12 month fixed-term basis but has permanent intentions. Reporting to the HR Projects Manager, you will also be responsible for HR reporting and analysis.
- Design and implement group performance and remuneration structure
- Spearhead the annual remuneration review process
- Ownership over internal HR reporting, market survey and WGEA submissions
- Support benchmarking activities to ensure competetive compensation is acheived
- Prior experience in the remuneration function of an established HR team
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Finance or relevant field
- Strong technical and analytical skills--must have advanced Excel
