Remuneration Specialist
We are currently hiring a Remuneration Specialist on a contract or interim basis for 12 months to work on a large integration project with a national infrastructure business in utilities.
Reporting to the People & Culture Integration Project Lead, key responsibilities include:
- Leading the review of employee transfer obligations and considerations
- Review of existing remuneration frameworks, identifying gaps, risks and issues
- Identify actions and roadmap to develop new frameworks
- Lead review of current organisational design and capabilities
- With key stakeholders, develop recommendations on interim and future state organisational model design (people, processes, service delivery model, assets), highlighting costs, benefits and risks
The ideal candidate will:
- have proven experience within remuneration, ideally in the utilities and/or construction industries (but not essential)
- Previous experience of working with organisational design change in medium to large organisations (>500 employees)
- Proven experience determining, reviewing and implementing competitive remunerational frameworks and benchmarking
- Experience in managing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
This is a 12 month contract role that is ideally based in Melbourne but could be also done from Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth. They are also open to someone who is remote within Australia.
This a fixed term contract or day rate role paying c$170,000 + Super. The reference for this role is 281873 and the recruiter is Angela Franks.
