Between £34,000 – £46,000 pa depending on experience
100% Remote & Based in City of London
Frazer Jones is delighted to be working with a leading global law firm who are in a commanding position within the legal sector. I am on the search for a sourcing specialist who will join the team as their Talent Advisor.
This is fantastic opportunity for someone who is already a legal source or has some legal exposure and wants to become an experience Talent Specialist. The ideal candidate will have some legal exposure ideally within similar sourcing or admin based role This role is 100% remote and is based in city of London.
Duties
- Identify suitable legal professionals to join the team including sourcing and using best practice recruitment methods and tools.
- Active sourcing and screening across business areas
- Advertising vacancies on various platforms
- Working closely with senior stakeholders and the other departments to understand the recruitment needs
- Supporting the team to schedule interviews, manage expectations, perform reference checks, onboarding and updating the systems.
- Act as a first point of contact for hiring managers and relevant stakeholders
