More specifically, as a Resourcing Partner, you will be responsible for;
- Manage the candidate sourcing and attraction element of the recruitment process
- Use a variety of direct sourcing methods to hire the best candidates
- Support with the sourcing strategy for the firm
- Liaise with senior stakeholders/hiring managers to agree route to market and manage expectations
- Maintain market maps and candidate pipelines
You must have experience in talent acquisition in either agency or in house recruitment. This role could also suit an experienced candidate manager.
You must be extremely organised and able to manage conflicting priorities and be a real people person with the passion to develop relationships and build out their network.
