Resourcing Specialist – Legal
I have a fantastic Resourcing Specialist role at a US Law firm for someone who already has some experience in this field or could also be new to Resourcing. You will be a key member of the team who deploy the correct attorneys to legal cases through analysis of productivity and strategic staffing.
About You
- Ideally you will already be in a Resourcing team in your current role, ideally within a law firm
- If you do not come from a resourcing background it is important that you have 3-5 years’ experience in a legal environment, perhaps as a paralegal or similar with strong people skills and a talent for tech/systems
- You are a natural organizer with strong prioritisation skills
- You will be comfortable assessing multiple needs and criteria in order to optimally deploy the attorneys
- Multitasking comes easily to you as well as adapting to an ever-changing work environment
- You will have strong stakeholder management skills
About the role
- As part of the Staffing and Utlization group you will be joining a global team who cover a range of time zones
- Your manager will be in London but the rest of the team will be overseas
- The lawyers only deal with one type of law so it makes resourcing more straight forward
- Well established and respected as a function

- Full training will be provided
- 3 days a week in the office Tues/Wed/Thurs
