My client is a community-based organisation inspiring and developing children and young adults, building confidence, having fun and supporting them in their growing years! They are looking for a Reward Advisor to join their HR Team.
As a Reward Advisor you will be working on salary benchmarking, salary modelling, methods of payment and working with external providers on benefits reviews. You will have led on this with the support of a senior HR professional and will be able to demonstrate this. In addition this role will also include the full HR generalist remit enabling the organisation to maintain its strategic and proactive HR service across its 350 employees. Within this role you will have the opportunity to work on projects across the organisation with a focus on salary and benefits reviews.
This role will allow you the opportunity to support on employee relations, performance management and ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and relevant for the organisation. Working on change management you will be involved in restructurers and employee engagement strategies including an employee survey and supporting on the development of the Diversity and Inclusion strategy. This position will also see you deputising for the Head of HR as and when required.
To be successful in this role you must have experience developing and implementing salary and benefit packages and pay reviews. You will have a good track record of providing strategic generalist HR support to stakeholders up to senior level. You will have experience working on the implementation of a new HRIS system. You will be CIPD qualified or with degree equivalent with excellent communication skills. Most importantly you will have a positive and proactive approach as a true people champion.
Salary: £38,000 - £44,000
