Are you a Compensation professional with experience of assisting with a couple of salary and bonus reviews? My client, a global banking firm, are looking for a junior Reward Analyst. This role would give a great boost to your CV and set your Reward career down an incredible path.
You'll work across the function on cash compensation, executive pay and deferred compensation. Over time you'll grow and develop into a true partner to the business. You'll have your own client group, and support the Head of Reward with compensation across the globe. You will build compensation models and assist with job evaluation and benchmarking, consolidating your Reward knowledge in a complex international environment.
Your experience of compensation and bonus rounds will allow you to hit the ground running. Your advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset will be relied upon heavily by my client. The business is quite small and the Reward team works closely with senior stakeholders, so you'll need good relationship management skills.
