A prestigious international investment business is building out their Reward Centre of Excellence. Based in stunning offices in Central London, their Reward function is highly visible across the business and has an ambitious programme of new initiatives planned over the next few years. The business takes real care of their employees, and has an impressive pension and benefits package.
You will create and introduce many compensation initiatives that are entirely new to the business, including ethnicity pay gap reporting and CEO pay ratio reporting. You will build templates and models from scratch, leaving your mark on the business for many years to come. The role has a truly global remit, and you will work with HR Directors and managers from around the world. Your work will also touch on executive compensation and your reports will go directly to the RemCo.
Your background in compensation and previous experience with salary and bonus reviews will be a real benefit to our client. Your understanding of LTIPS or other incentive plans will enable you to get to grips with the firm's own incentive scheme quickly. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, and will need excellent relationship management and presentation skills. The function is being built out and you will need to be able to work independently, creatively and proactively in addition to working closely with the team.
