Are you a Reward Analyst or Senior Reward Analyst looking for a new challenge? A global Investment firm, with a fantastic Social Purpose agenda & responsible investment practices, are seeking a Reward Analyst to join their HR team on a 6 month FTC. You will report directly into the HR Director and be the stand alone individual managing the Reward function for this global business of 300 individuals.
You will have ownership of and manage all aspects of the planning, coordination and remuneration processes for the firm, you will create and produce Reward statements, prepare market data submission for each business area and be the point of contact for market data providers. You will support on the management of 'carry' schemes, but there is a consultant in place who has ownership of these on a day-to-day basis. You will also assist in the review of Benefits across the firm globally.
This role would suit an individual who can hit the ground running, and enjoys a varied schedule with no two days the same. You will need to be flexible, an excellent communicator and have a strong understanding of Reward in order to enhance the existing processes. Experience working on annual review cycles across multiple markets is essential and prior Financial Services experience/exposure is preferred.
The role is paying up to £65,000, depending upon experience, pro rata for the 6 month FTC. There is potential for this role to go permanent at the end of the fixed term contract too.
