As they head into the busy year-end period they need an additional resource in Reward to help with the salary review and bonus round. You don't need to have worked in financial services before, and this could be an excellent first step into this fast-paced and dynamic sector.
You will analyse compensation data for staff across the UK and internationally, and provide input on RemCo papers, playing a key role in the firm's Reward processes. The Reward team have a number of projects going on and the business is undergoing some exciting changes, and there is definitely the possibility of this role being extended or made permanent. You will be joining a close-knit and dedicated team, while taking on many Reward responsibilities from a standalone perspective - this is a great role for someone looking for more responsibility.
Your significant experience of working on multiple salary and bonus reviews and benchmarking salaries will enable you to hit the ground running and make a real impact on the business. You'll need to be able make data tell a story, to present insights as well as analyse data. You don't need to have worked in financial services before, but your experience of working with large, complex organisations and Reward schemes will help ensure you can perform effectively.
