A global FinTech business are building out their Reward function, and are hiring a Reward Analyst to support with the annual compensation cycle. Initially this is a contract for 6 months, however the business is growing rapidly and there is a strong possibility that it may be extended.
You will perform a lot of the heavy lifting in Excel, and analyse large amounts of compensation data for the year end review, playing a key supportive role in the Reward team. You'll help to benchmark salaries, ensuring the business is competitive in the market. The business is growing rapidly and there will be a number of projects to get involved in, including salary harmonisation.
Your advanced Excel skills will be a major benefit to my client, as you'll be dealing with large amounts of data. Your experience of having supported benchmarking exercises and salary or bonus reviews will enable you to hit the ground running.
