Reward Analyst
I am delighted to be working with this Irish-owned, innovative, construction & engineering company. With a head office in Dublin and operations across the UK & Europe. This company now seek talent for a Permanent Reward Analyst to join their Reward team.
The successful candidate must be detail oriented, data driven, meticulous and have an interest on developing their reward career.
Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will be responsible for:
- Analysis of executive and employee remuneration trends.
- Salary benchmarking.
- Research & development of rewards frameworks.
- Data analytics.
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with wider HR Team & other internal stakeholders.
- Ability to report, assess and analyse data to maintain, distribute, and communicate information.
To be considered for this role, you will hold a third level degree and at least 2 years in an analytical/advisor role within Reward/Compensation.
This company is based in Dublin 22 and operate a hybrid working model, you will attend the office 3 days per week.
Salary: Up to €50,000 + health + pension + 26 days annual leave.
