The business is surrounded by parkland and is easily commutable from Central and West London. You will report directly into the Head of Reward and support them as they implement an ambitious strategic plan. You will help to administer the firm's LTIPs and bonus schemes, benchmark salaries and conduct job evaluations, and have real ownership of key operational Reward initiatives. You will provide advice and guidance to managers and the wider HR function, and will be relied upon as a subject matter expert.
Your extensive knowledge of administering variable pay schemes will be heavily relied upon. Your experience of assisting with multiple salary and bonus cycles will enable you to have an immediate impact in the role. You will be working closely with senior stakeholders, so your relationship management and influencing skills will be a major benefit to our client.
