One of the most exciting FinTech businesses is now recruiting for a Senior Reward Analyst to join their London HQ and help build-out their Reward offering. Initially available on a 6-month ftc., this role will support their distributed Reward Team with the design, implementation and delivery of reward programmes globally. Key duties will cover: managing all aspects of the market intelligence process including compensation and research surveys, provide end-to-end research and analysis, including data gathering, validation, interpretation and preparation of presentations. You will support compensation recommendations with market intelligence expertise, provide reward related analysis for HR and the business in support of the broader talent agenda and support the annual reward cycle, including forecasts and modelling of budgets, system (Workday) and data readiness, data analysis and consultation for managers and the broader HR team. As a result the business is looking to meet candidates with 2-3 years' experience in a Reward related role, advanced proficiency in Excel, together with a proven track record for analysing large amounts of reward related data and compiling detailed reports and summaries to ensure business leaders make informed decisions.
