Reward Analyst DACH & Nordics (m/w/d)

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Provide a full reward support to the HR function and Reward Manager across the DACH & Nordics, as well as on specific processes (e.g. reward policies and procedures, key annual processes benchmarking, trainings and upskilling HR teams).
  • Provide specialist compensation support to maintain and administer compensation programs and policy
  • Support the compensation programs, including annual review and bonus, salary banding in the HR system, external benchmarking specific to market, incentive and reward payments
  • Support the implementation and execution of the global or regional reward policies
  • Key ownership of international transferee population tracking, ensuring the data held is up-to- date
  • Provide to HR value added analysis on the competitive position to the market for compensation and benefits positioning
  • Administration of company pension and deferred compensation scheme and acting as contact person
  • Data delivery and contact person for annual actuarial reports for the company pension
  • Administration of taxation on capital gains through payroll
  • Issue the international offers, contracts, calculations in line with the global templates
  • single point of contact for transferees in any relocation questions and be ready with supporting HR in offer making stage and respond to ITP specific topics
  • Manages life-cycle of international transferees, working closely with relocation provider to ensure that the international transfer process is operating as smooth as possible

Candidate profile

  • Master Degree in Business Administrations with focus of HR or Finance
  • 1-2 years Reward experience, some of which would ideally be gained in a FMCG, commercial functions environment
  • Fluent German and English
  • Strong knowledge of German tax and social law system
  • Solid knowledge of Payroll fundamentals
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficient user of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities and projects
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience of working in analytical or co-ordinator role
  • Knowledge of Mercer methodology
  • Experience in FMCG environment
