We're working with a professional services firm to find a Reward Analyst. This is a full-time permanent position.
You'll use your advanced Excel skills to build data models and dashboards, and streamline and automate processes to make the business more effective. You'll support senior managers across the business, enabling them to make the right decisions around pay and compensation. The team is supportive and friendly, and the business is committed to continuous learning and development - this could be a fantastic boost to your career.
You should have advanced Excel skills including experience of writing macros, vlookups and pivot tables. You must have demonstable experience of automating processes within Excel and a real interest in data analytics. Previous experience of HR Analytics or Reward is highly desirable, as is experience of working in a professional services or other corporate setting.
