We're recruiting a Reward Analyst for a fantastic brand. This is initially a 6-month fixed term contract, but there is an excellent prospect of this being extended.
The company have undergone a period of rapid growth and now have several thousand employees worldwide. They are seeking a Reward Analyst to join their team. No two days are the same and the company is still developing, and this will be a hugely varied role. They are two years away from an IPO and have a huge amount of work to do. You'll report into the Head of Reward but there is a very flat structure.
You'll assist with compensation frameworks including the reward and bonus cycles. You'll assist with managing the benefits portal and stock management.
You will need previous exposure to compensation and benefits. You'll need excellent MI and reporting skills and intermediate to advanced Excel skills. You'll need to be technically brilliant and financially literate, and confident working in a demanding and changing organisation. You'll need to be comfortable working beyond normal office hours.
