A leading sportswear business is now looking to recruit a Reward & HR Operations Manager to join their London team. The role, reporting into the CHRO, will support their UK population of c300 staff, across the delivery of reward, systems and processes. The business is hoping to meet candidates who have a strong commercial awareness and can design pay schemes that motivate and reward their retail and corporate colleagues. Key for this role is the ability to flex between being both strategic and operational; leading worldwide HRIS programmes for the brand whilst owning the annual salary review and bonus process. Specific duties will include: managing the annual salary performance review process, devising compensation packages for both corporate and retail employees, co-designing and implementing variable commission and bonus schemes, participating with benchmarking data and helping to determine the positioning of new roles (applying Hay methodology). Designing and building reporting dashboards to support stakeholders, leading the global roll-out of HRIS tools and projects (including Workday). As a result, the business is looking to meet candidates who possess strong project management skills in relation to HR cycle projects, with previous experience of rolling out and managing new HRIS tools. Strong experience of managing and developing compensation and reward programmes within an FMCG environment is highly desirable. Experience of streamlining processes for greater efficiency and an ability to interact across all levels of the business is key. Previous experience of working with global HRIS systems including Workday and being fully proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel - (Vlookup, Pivot) and Word) is required.
