Are you an enthusiastic graduate with around a year's experience in Human Resources? Do you know your way around pivot tables and VLOOKUP? You will hit the ground running and will immediately be responsible for the HR Information System's maintenance and development. You'll analyse data from the HRIS and run regular reports around headcount, benefits and salary reviews. You'll be responsible for the online benefits portal and provide administrative support to the firm's corporate social responsibility activities. You'll need to have intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivots and lookups. You'll need to be able to make data tell a story, and have great PowerPoint skills. You must have worked with an HR System before and be interested in how they are configured behind the scenes. You must be educated to degree level.
