An leading, innovative international financial services firm, are looking for a Reward Consultant to provide Reward expertise and technical input to support the integration of a recent merger within the business. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the current Reward strategy attracts, retains and motivates the right people for the business. The firm is based in a great location in the heart of the City with views of stunning landmarks.
On a day-to-day basis you will provide technical expertise to support the integration project of the recently acquired firm by our client, on matters relating to benefits, incentive schemes, job evaluations, benchmarking and governance. You will play a key role in conducting internal & external pay market analysis, identifying important trends and make recommendations based on these. You will also develop innovative Reward solutions aligned with the firms integration plan. Additionally you will provide support to your colleagues on the annual salary and annual incentive review process. This role sits within the HR department and you will report directly into the Reward Director.
You will be a collaborative individual who enjoys working as part of a motivated team. You will be flexible and adapt to competing demands, using influence where needed to ensure you balance often competing customer demands with Reward design and policy. You will have experience of utilising Reward and HR Systems and be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel. Any expertise or prior knowledge of regulatory Reward would be a significant advantage in this role and allow you to hit the ground running.
