Frazer Jones is now representing a tier 2 banking firm based in the heart of central London. We are now looking to help this firm hire a Reward Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is open to Reward Advisors/Senior Reward candidates looking to step into their first regulatory Reward role. This position will sit on the wealth management side of this firm, and reports into a Head of Reward. This position is open to both candidates based in London and Leeds – hybrid working 2 days a week in the office.

Role responsibilities:

  • Produce analysis and reports for Executive, Reward and Remuneration Committees
  • Analysis of data and submission of Material Risk Taker notifications and exclusions to the FCA
  • Contribute to the analysis of data for the Gender Pay Gap report
  • Responsible for annual review processes, including working on dashboards to be reviewed by stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of participation in annual external reward benchmarking surveys.
  • Responsible for analysing data from reward surveys to determine competitiveness both internally and externally as well as market demands to get a sense of skills scarcity.
  • Determine requirements for development and maintenance of Reward System (Compensation Workbench)
  • Looking at ad hoc specifically requested benchmarking by tapping into other external sources e.g., employment agencies and other remuneration professionals this will include reporting.

Skills required:

  • Previous experience of Reward in a financial services environment, including remuneration regulations, reward consulting, benchmarking, and surveys (desirable)
  • Decent Knowledge of employee share schemes
  • Experience of working with and advising business leaders, stakeholder engagement
  • Highly numerate, highly literate, and excellent communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
