A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading, innovative and fast-paced gaming and technology business in London, on an initial 6 month contract as a Reward Coordinator. The purpose of this role will be to lead on the administration of the employee benefits programme day-to-day, to support the Reward team on all aspects of reward/communications, and to ensure the reward team remains a centre of excellence for the firm.

You will carry out the benefits management and administration day-to-day and will support on the benefits renewal and tendering processes. You will also be responsible for managing the reward mailbox, acting as a first point of contact for all employee queries relating to benefits. You will work with the benefits system provider to ensure that all benefits reports are accurate and to prepare them for payroll processing. You will also support on the management of pensions administration for employees and provide additional support to the reward team as required. You will manage the financial administration, and ensure all benefits & compensation costs run smoothly, such as raising purchase order numbers, carrying out reconciliations and tracking costs.

You will be a highly numerate individual with advanced Excel skills. You will have expertise in producing high quality reports from large data sets utilising a range of formulae in MS Excel. You will also ideally have expertise surrounding the management or administration of employee Benefits. You will have excellent attention to detail, and be able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment, still ensuring that you deliver high quality results. You will be agile and adaptable and have strong communication skills to enable you to confidently liaise with stakeholders of all levels across the firm.
